Returns & Refunds

*If you are a first-time purchaser and are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 30 days, we will accept a return of the product(s) for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs.

• Shipping label for the return is not provided.

• If you purchased the Activating Serum 3-Pack, you may return one of the bottles for a refund of the purchase price ($43.)

To return the product(s) for a refund send it to the address below with your name and order number. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.
